- SHStephanie HewlettOct 5, 20261.0Unhelpful staff with poor attitude. Today the man attended the front desk refused to print a label. My printer failed on me but I had the tracking number, but it wasn't a QR code and I guess typing the number was too much work. Told me to go to another fedex location. To print a label he was going to have to print anyway if I had materialized the QR code? All he had to do was look up the number. So lazy and unhelpful.

- EHEdward HudsonSep 4, 20261.0Just because you have a product return that says to drop off at any FEDEX/Kinko location you should call 1st. I have been refused on multiple items and forced to schedule a pickup or drop off at a FEDEX distribution center. Very inconvenient and time consuming

The few times that I’ve been helped by anyone who seems to know what they were doing, they always had an attitude. My recommendation to all readers: go somewhere else if you can. If anyone from management reads this: find new staff at this location. Every other ship center in town is better than this one.
