I was unable to have my package delivered because my building doesn’t allow FedEx & the shipper wouldn’t change the address to be held at a FedEx location. Amber spent an an extremely long amount of time trying to contact the local FedEx warehouse so that I could get my package. The BEST FedEx employee I’ve come across hands down!! Honestly if all the employees were hardworking and kind like Amber, FedEx wouldn’t be so disliked!

Every time I’ve come here before, I’ve been greeted warmly and received great service. Unfortunately, today was very different. The man working the counter had a noticeably poor attitude. I was initially ignored, and when I tried to explain why I was there, he interrupted me before I could finish. Because of that, he misunderstood my situation and said he couldn’t find my name in the system. I then clarified that I was there for a pickup, not for anything else, which he would have known if I hadn’t been cut off. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. I ended the conversation with a “thank you,” but received no response. Overall, it seemed like he was taking out his frustration on me, which made for an unpleasant experience. I hope this was just an off day, as my previous visits have been much better.
