Their printing service takes 5-10 minutes just to send you a confirmation code so you can actually print the files you sent to their email. And the employees tell you this with a smile like it's the most normal thing in the world. Absolute waste of time, will never use Fedex to print anything ever again

I unfortunately have to drop off here often for work, and have found every single visit a different employee to be very short. It feels like I’m a nuisance. A greeting and thank you when you leave is all you need to avoid reviews like this. I will do my best to steer my work place towards UPS express, as I feel the lack of common kindness with its employees is unfortunately a reflection on the business itself.
