  I have used Dropoff a few times and feel safe using their service, however, multiple times I've chosen the ASAP option (which costs more) and the driver is late. For example, today I placed an order to be delivered to the recipient by 10:20 AM, however my driver didn't even pick up the package until 10:30 (the website said he would pick it up at 9:50). Since the recipient is 20 minutes from my office, the package is now late. I recommend using their service if you're not on a time crunch as their scheduling is not accurate.

  They cancel your deliveries because they "can't fulfill", but tell you only 30 minutes before the delivery, even though it was scheduled days in advance. This has occurred multiple times.
