Never showed up during their delivery window, was lied to and told they were on their way after the delivery window, waited 8 hours and they never showed up. Then they showed up at the crack of dawn the next day unannounced, I asked them to leave the large heavy boxes on my deck and they instead left them on my grass destroying my grass. Oh yea and the kicker is that the biggest part of the order - my sofa? Yea they just didn’t even deliver it and I haven’t been able to get ahold of them. Even their partner World Market says they can’t get ahold of them it’s absolutely insane
