Stay away stay away stay away! It has one to take assessments that are irrelevant to the task for which one applied for. The assessment was not what the recruiter claimed it was. If one does not score a perfect or near perfect score on the assessments, he is not considered fit for a particular role. I was told that I can retest six months later. Well, time is money! That is a long time to wait. I am sure that I can find a similar role elsewhere well within that particular time period. The test administrator did not even state what was wrong and what needed to be improved to pass to her satisfaction the next time. It was an assessment designed to fail many applicants. It was not even worth wasting time and effort taking and is not worth redoing. Given that an assessment administered by any particular individual and/or agency is not an accurate assessment of one’s skills and abilities and does not necessarily mean that one will succeed or fail at a particular task, one should not be discouraged and, instead, apply for similar roles elsewhere and with different companies and:or agencies given that no one and no place are the same.

Adriana and Myra have been very helpful and communicated everything with ease. I have a pending job I've been looking within my experience and they were able to hook me up. Thank you!!

My experience with Myra Brech, a recruiter at the staffing company, was very unprofessional and disappointing. During our interaction, she spoke in a rude and dismissive manner, which made the communication very uncomfortable. Her attitude came across as arrogant and lacking basic respect for candidates. I also felt that the way I was treated was unfair and not appropriate for a professional recruiting environment. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from a staffing representative, and I would be cautious when dealing with this individual.

I do not recommend using Adecco for any staffing purposes. I would also not refer any of my friends or family to work with Adecco. I have worked with them in the past and they were wonderful. My most recent experience, however, has been an absolute nightmare. One agent in particular, Mayra, was very unpleasant and unprofessional to work with. I am having issues inputting my time so I can get paid and still have not received assistance over a week later. I contacted customer service and was referred back to the office staff who have yet been able to assist. Unfortunately at this point I don't think they are going to pay me. Or even try to. I regret taking the assignment. This has been a huge waste of my time, gas, effort, and intelligence. Adecco, please do better. Train your staff. I included a screenshot of my issue in case someone else can help me. I also included a screenshot of a text exchange letting me know my time would be processed. It is still not processed.

I had a very disappointing experience with Adecco Staffing, specifically with a representative named Myra I reached out hoping to get help finding work, especially as a recent graduate with limited experience. Instead of offering guidance or support, the conversation turned frustrating and unproductive. While I understand that job placement depends on client requirements, I was looking for assistance, advice, or even direction on how to gain experience. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed rather than supported. When I asked how I’m supposed to gain experience without opportunities, I didn’t receive any helpful response—just a repeated “there’s nothing I can do.” A staffing agency should be there to guide candidates, especially those starting out. The tone of the conversation came across as unprofessional and discouraging, which made me question why I signed up in the first place. I truly hope Adecco Staffing improves how they communicate with and support candidates in the future, especially those who are eager to work and grow. Right now, I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
