- GSGia Sellers1 day ago5.0I thought I'd add to the positive reviews because there seems to be a lot of negative ones, but I really don't think this place is that bad. I reached out to support about a package of mine that was forwarded and I was unsure of where it had went. Kristy quickly emailed me back and told me she would look into the matter. A few hours later I got a call from this post office, from who I assume was Kristy on the phone, explaining what had happened to my package. She then told me that she would make sure my package would be sent out with the carrier the following day, and she was right. The next day I received my missing package in the mailbox. Kristy was very polite, efficient, and great at communicating what had happened. :) I think there's some really good employees here who do not deserve to be brought down with the others.

- DEDakota EdwardsFeb 10, 20265.0Unfortunately the package containing original legal documents was “delivered” 4 days prior to actually being dropped off however Nathan picked up the phone and rushed to action finding and locating it then calling me back not even 10 minutes later past closing time informing me it was now truly delivered. If I didn’t get the help from him and I was pushed to the side as others may have done this would be a completely different score and review perspective but he truly saved the day. Thank you again Nathan and I hope management knows how well of a worker he really is and they should appreciate him more. Great workers are hard to fine nowadays, especially ones who take pride in the work they do.
