When access to my property isn't available at the first attempt to deliever, the drivers don't make an attempt to deliver later the same day then lie and say I requested to have the package be kept at the P.O. I pay for priority/first class shipping and don't get what I pay for because of this office's laziness and unprofessionalism. SW Bexar Co., you're special, and not in a good way.

Mark answered the phone when I was worried about the delivery of my live animal and once he realized how fragile the situation was, he took down my number and told me he will contact me as soon as they arrive. He kept his word! and messaged me at 6am the very next day and told me I can pick up my babies anytime. Thank you so much for your kindness Mark. I can sleep better now knowing my animals are safe.
