I am extremely disappointed with the service at this USPS location. I ordered packages from two different senders, and both were returned to the sender due to reasons that do not make sense. For the first package, USPS marked it as having an “insufficient address.” I confirmed with the sender, DHL, and USPS Customer Service that my address was correct. Even USPS Customer Service could not explain why the package was marked as insufficient address when the address on file was accurate. For the second package, USPS claimed there was “no secure location” available for delivery. However, my community has parcel lockers and large mailboxes specifically designed for package deliveries. No delivery attempt notice was left, and my package was returned to the sender almost immediately. In less than 24 hours, it was already back on a truck headed back to the sender. After filing a complaint, I received a call from a manager named Susanna. While she was polite, I was given excuse after excuse regarding what happened. She told me I could contact her whenever I had packages coming since replacement items were being sent out. When the replacement package arrived at USPS and was scheduled for delivery, I attempted to call the post office but received no answer. This time, a notice was left stating I could pick up the package the following day because there was supposedly no secure location available. The next morning, I took the notice to the post office only to be told they could not find my package. After explaining the issues I had been dealing with for the previous two weeks, an employee went to speak with Susanna. He returned and asked me to write down my name and phone number because they still could not locate the package, and she was “busy doing other things.” I moved to this side of town only two months ago, and I have had nothing but problems with this USPS location. I have never experienced this level of poor service before. At this point, I have started sending all of my packages to a family member’s address just to avoid dealing with this post office. For a government agency entrusted with handling people’s mail and packages, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I would not recommend this post office based on my experience. Luckily I can’t give 0 stars because I definitely would’ve!

Slow, unconcerned and with no sense of urgency. Pitiful.

Usps don't do their job like they supposed to. I been looking for my package if the last week or so. The person made a mistake and put the wrong tracking number on it. But the address and return address was on the box. My package has been floating around for the last week or so. The person kept calling over and over trying to track the package. She says, they kept transferring her to different people on the phone. So I was waiting on the postal carrier, I asked her did she have my package? She says yes, so I was waiting on her to give it to me. Instead she put the box in the big mailbox. She could've just handed it to me. People are so ignorant and unprofessional. That's why the people don't like that post office on Ballpark
