- NHNikki HolmesAug 17, 20261.0This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. And living down the street and having to use this post office for the 10 years I’ve lived in my house, the service has not even remotely ever gotten better. Only slower. There’s only 1, sometimes 2 people to help. While one, the main old lady that’s always there.. all she does is have full blown conversations with people and takes her sweet time, meanwhile the line is so long it’s out the door. Yet she’s chatting people up like nobody has anything else to do with their lives and the time they have in their day. And then when there so happens to be a second person, they always go to “look for something” and disappear for 10 min at a time. As I’m writing this in this long line, I’ve watched the old lady take care of 2 people in the meantime that when the second person finally come back, the second person has already take care of 3 people. I’ve been here 20 min. Only lady helped 2 people in 20 min. Second person disappeared for 10 min and came back and has already helped more than the lady who won’t stop chatting with people. Yet the line is still out the door. And not to mention the fact that they blocked one door with caution tape so as we’re stuck waiting the door, people are trying to shuffle out the same door

- LHL HJul 20, 20261.0I just had my mail delivered on 7/20/2026, the mail consisted of envelopes and a small box but not small enough to fit in my mailbox. Instead of placing the box in front of my door it was placed on top of my mailbox. Now is this standard or part of the process? I live in a house and I do not own any pets. So WHY would my box be placed on top of my mailbox for EASIER access to be damaged or stolen?! If this is a new process please let me know so I will know how to handle deliveries going forward, and also, if it is the process who is responsible if it is damaged or stolen?
