Going in with questions on how to do something because your system told me to come in was met with rudeness and ignorance. I brought in everything I was supposed to and they didn't know what to do. I don't even know if my problem was solved. Now I see why people hate coming to this location. I'll gladly drive out of my way to never go to this location again..
