- CCCrystal CJul 20, 20261.0The service at this location is absolutely TERRIBLE. It pains me every time I come in because I just know if I ask for assistance, it will go unmet. The low reviews are right — I just don’t understand how staff continues to be subpar working in the front. I came in about 5 mins before closing just to get shipping costs on an item and they immediately told me they are closed. Last time I came in, it was same people working the front(and I just knew how this was going to go), asked for assistance and once again was met with their low value service. I went to another location that was more than happy to help me with my request. USPS why do you continue to put people in front facing roles that cannot exercise a high level of service? I hate that this is my closest location and now I have to go to other facilities just to not deal with the same people and poor service at the counters. And there’s no point in name specific issues because nothing is going to be done. DO BETTER USPS
