- TGT Gray6 days ago1.0Avoid this place. I had a package sent here via FedEx for local pickup. I stopped by twice, and both times the staff insisted it hadn't arrived. After contacting the sender, they verified it had actually been delivered the day prior to my first visit. When I went back a third time and confronted them with the confirmed delivery proof, they miraculously "found" it—and then still charged me a $5.00 pickup fee despite their own errors. Terrible customer service. The manager, Asian guy is the worst. He wanted to nick pick about my my Driver license DMV gives you waiting on a license.
- MAMiguel ArmentaOct 2, 20261.0Really bad service, just take your business elsewhere.. even if it’s just an Amazon drop-off.
- ZTZiyad Ben TalebSep 30, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I came to this UPS Store because I urgently needed a document notarized. I arrived about 10 minutes before the store’s posted closing time, but was told that notary service had already ended at 6:30 PM!! I will take my business elsewhere.
