Showed up at 8:20 BC I know how government employees work and the doors where still locked, and the workers where just standing around talking to each other. Waited till 9:00 and doors where still locked so I left and went to UPS to mail it off. And this kind of workers is why UPS and FedEx are killing the USPS. Hope you 4 that shot an evil eye when I rattled the door enjoyed the free hour of pay.

My packages are scanned as delivered in Austin Tzinstead of at my home address. He drops oversized packages over my fencr. I have written letters to our postmaster, filed a formal complaint. Have to argue with whoever u am expecting a package from, because its scanned as deliver, when it has not been, I do notvlive in Austin. I am past frustrated with the postal service. And sm fili g a complaint with rhe us district attorney. You can not say a package was ever delivered to my hone, if it is scanned in Austin and it is not just me this happens to. Unless it is at my mailing address, it has nit been delivered. Done, and they're never going to answer thier phone. Ever.

The woman who helped me was very straight forward and friendly on what I needed to do to send in my passport renewal application. Make sure to have your form, payment, and booklet ready and filled out as it isn't the post officer's duty to check your paperwork if sending it in by mail.
