  WOW 😲😳 I haven't seen any mail person for awhile in days. I'm expecting a letter. Should be here by now. What's happening to the delivery? You better straighting up and and start doing your duty. And deliver. Even deliver to the right places.

  Unfortunately - they do their own surveys and give themselves a job well done instead of letting us tell the truth when they’re doing a subpar job and expect you to know how to do their job for them. Cathy does her own surveys. She also doesn’t listen because she just wants you out of there. And when I asked for her supervisor, he isn’t there of course. I asked for her supervisor’s name and she said we don’t give out information. I said I want his name, not his phone number or anything so I asked her to write it down for me and she was clearly visibly upset. Then she wanted to argue and talk about if she was doing her job wrong. I said either way that’s for us to decide not for you to decide. She says she gives herself a good job on the survey because the screen goes away quickly, which it doesn’t cause I’ve been here about 100 times in the past couple of months and she’s done the survey herself very quick with everyone. There’s just no more accountability for people being held responsible for their actions anymore. Not that this place has good reviews anyways but it’s usually people doing good at the small things is what counts.

  This places customer service is horrible. The uninformed front desk workers cannot answer questions about anything. Too busy on their phone to be bothered. Every week, and this is not an exaggeration, they deliver my packages to the wrong address 2 streets over. I dont even understand how thats possible, the address is literally RIGHT THERE. They have now "returned to sender" my medication 3 times. 3 TIMES! Medication I need for INJURIES I SUSTAINED AT WAR FOR THIS COUNTRY. Yet three times they have just sent it back. The only competent person ive spoke to there, and a fellow vet, has stated that the only excuse he could think of is the delivery personnel was lazy and didnt wanna give it to the correct deliverer. I have asked to speak with a supervisor 3x now, so I can figure put why my medication has been "RTS" 3x and still 3 weeks later havent heard back from them after being told theyll contact me. This postal service is a shining example of why government healthcare for all would be a disastrous shitshow. Save yourself time, money and stress and use any other parcel delivery service!
