- PEPaige EllerJun 22, 20261.0The worst post office I’ve ever been to. They don’t open when they say they do and they close early. Their customer service and communication is severely lacking. Nobody answers the phone and 9 times out of 10 you’re left standing there for 10 minutes while they glance at you and say nothing. The system seems to be down every other day and there is zero signage or communication about it. Again, they will stare at you from the back instead of telling you the system is down. You’re better off driving to Mont Belvieu to actually get some service! On top of the service, they lose packages often and deliver mail to the wrong place. I wouldn’t trust this post office with any of my things!
- SRStephany RamiroMay 13, 20261.01. Hours of operation are horrible as they are open from 8:30 AM till 4:30 PM and majority of people work from 8 to 5. 2. They never answer the phones. I called Two days straight to find out information about my package and they never answered and it wasn’t just one call it was multiple 3. They lost my package. 4. And the time says 8:30 AM, but they didn’t even have their computers ready at that time and didn’t open the doors until 8:40 AM. Something has to be done About this, it’s horrible

Moved into a new home and not only did they give us the wrong key and we didn’t know until a month later when we had several late bills, but now they don’t even have the right key and they have no idea where it is. They said they would deliver it and a week later they still haven’t. totally don’t recommend. very unprofessional.
- TDTiff DavisDec 23, 20171.0This is the worst Post Office the women that work with the customers extremely rude Michelle to name one and as customers we just take it because theses ladies will withhold your packages from you and you have to pick up your extra mail from them they won’t give it to you first off they have acted like this for past 3-4 years & I deal with them at least 4 times a month so about once a week and they know what my box is. but wanting to give me attitude when I have to get something from them I’m not ok with being treated so rudely if you hate your job that’s not my fault treat the customers with respect because if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t get a paycheck if Anahuac had mail box’s and not p.o. box’s life would be so much better not having to deal with them putting negativity into my life
