- SSSentirical6 days ago1.0This place along with the distribution center BLOWS. Every single time I order something I am never let down by the horrible horrible news that, oh would you look at that it's going to end up right in this place to sit and collect dust for 2-3 days before moving an inch or even being looked at. It doesn't matter if it's a Monday when your package gets delivered there they will without fail take days to move it and don't think express 1 day shipping works either they get their hands on your package prepare to wait. Horrible place

Making them advertised falsely with their closing time. I'm very disappointed after going 28 miles out of the way to get my mail that I'm unable to get
- SPSharhonda Reese (Poo-bear)Jul 10, 20261.0I just wanna let everyone know that the post office here in Amarillo Texas someone is messing with my mail I'm not receiving mail they are not doing anything to investigate or resolve the issue it's terrible that someone on the inside is messing with people's mail important mail at that and something needs to be done they will call you and act like they're concerned and then close the case no they need to do their job and find out why I am not receiving my mail and I'm telling you now if I find out who's doing it on the inside I want them prosecuted because this is not a joke with your plan with peoples mail and important mail at that this is not the first time someone has done something at the post office with my mail it's pitiful

I checked in at 10:55 PM for my 12:00 AM appointment. Another driver arrived after me, got loaded, and left before I was even loaded. I remained at the facility until 3:00 AM and was never given a clear explanation for the delay. Very poor customer service regarding the loading process.
