- TYTyler YoungFeb 25, 20261.0I've been trying for nearly 3 years to get my lock fixed for my cluster box. It's still broken. Also, the wait times at this location are insane. I intentionally only use FedEx or UPS. I will never go here again. Edit - Still the worst place ever. I go here in the morning before opening on June 22, 2026 to use the self service kiosk. I have my package to drop off but all the doors to the drop boxes are jammed from opening. I tried banging on the door and ringing the bell but no one helps. I can hear people back there too. All they have to do is walk over to move the boxes so other people can drop there boxes off.
