- PPPaolaMay 21, 20261.0My package was marked as delivered on May 6th, yet every time I went to the post office MORE THAN 5 TIMES!!! the employees kept telling me that my package was not there and that it had already been returned to the sender, which was completely false. They kept my package for over 10 days without giving me any real help or accurate information. Only yesterday, May 21st, they finally returned it to the sender. This situation could have been avoided if the staff had done their job properly. On top of that, the employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful every single time I went there. The customer service was terrible, and nobody seemed willing to help. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with USPS.

- TTTazApr 8, 20265.0I had to redo my review cause I didn’t leave a comment, but I’m noticing a lot of negative feedback y’all do outstanding I went the day after the memorial day weekend because of my time management skills Which was 100% my fault that I had to wait until that following Tuesday, but I went when it was super busy to mail something off for my friend Who has issues trying to leave the house due to being disabled and he’s been getting a lot of of his packages early during holiday times that’s pretty impressive. If you asked me.
