- SSSteven SaiedMar 17, 20262.0I would give this a higher rating, but I have had to call repeatedly and provided delivery instructions so that the driver will stop delivering to the side of my house where we don’t know if the package has been delivered or not. We have package steps in our neighborhood and my delivery instructions say front door only and I’ve called the 800 number and had them updated as well. I’ve tried to get this local office to call me, but nobody will ever call me from the local office, so I’m really sick and tired of this poor poor customer service
