  My package never got delivered but tracking said it was picked up by someone at the post office? I never got it. I guess it got lost or stolen. It looks like it was picked up so I have 0 recourse, thanks guys! Terrible post office. Guy at the front counter is rude as can be.

  First I want to say, Ms. Carolyn is an amazing employee!! She is a 5star individual!! Wish I could post just for her. Thank you for remembering not just mine but others names and box numbers when walking in the door. You make everyone feel special! Now for my frustration.. we’ve had a PO BOX for almost a year and have had a good experience with all staff except for 1 person. You know, the same guy every else has mentioned, sadly and unfortunately. First, he ask me to write down the long tracking number and then I guess when I took too long he said, in his rude tone of course, “you want some advice, write it down in 4’s instead of 3’s” Buddy I’m a grown woman who doesn’t need assistance writing numbers down. Disregarding his rudeness again for another visit bcz another bad day I guess for him, but today was different he gave me incorrect information and said “this is a huge problem” when looking at my DL, which he made me get this time, to get my package, (not the last) but that I needed my address on my Driver’s License to match the PO BOX!! NOT CORRECT !! You can’t even put a PO BOX on your DL! This time I asked to him call over someone over him AFTER he gave me my package. I spoke to Courtney who I believe is the postmaster and she was amazing and as is the rest of the staff and she seemed to understand my issue with him very quickly. As I was leaving I listened to a customer he must’ve liked somehow and treated nice enough because she seemed to like him.. don’t know why he’s not nice, I truly wish things were different. Dealing with grumpy people is not a big deal for me but when you start lying, that’s when I feel like I had to say something, because now you’re willing to give me wrong information, but yet somehow still gave me my package. Thank you, Courtney and the rest of the staff for being so kind. (Again, thank you Ms Carolyn who even remembered my name and box number, smiled and said hello and I’ve only met her once. I really appreciated her kindness after how he acted.)

  I never thought I could love a post office as much as I did. Every time I come here, I leave better than I went. The people here are so kind and helpful and quick, beautiful from the inside out and very good at what they do. They deserve raises and recognition. Thank you for your excellence. I truly appreciate it.

  We had such a great experience getting our first-time passports! I was a little nervous because of some of the negative reviews, but everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very organized. The two of us were in and out in just 15 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for an easier or more efficient process! Highly recommend.
