Even if you come in an off hour, there's usually a pretty long line. They do carry all of the necessary postal stuff, such as stamps, boxes, and envelopes.

As someone who consistently mails packages due to an online business, this location is abhorrent. Not only does the self service kiosk constantly runs out of ink, but the drop off bin is always jammed, they have done nothing to alleviate this year after year. Allen USPS office needs to take note of the Plano locations that run smoothly, I regret having to say the customer service here LACKS, the manager is rude and has no people skills. I was hung up on multiple times when I had issues with packages being misdelivered. Spoken over, interrupted, treated like I’m not human. It’s insane how miserable these people are. Appalling.

the majority of the workers here are so disrespectful and miserable. seems like they are unwilling to help and should probably consider a different job where they don't work with people. i have been here twice and both times i have been treated poorly. all i have ever came here for is a simple drop off, yet the self service drop off is always jammed and if you attempt to inform them its broken they snap at you.
