  I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I drove 25 minutes to get here and arrived approximately one minute before closing time. The employees clearly saw me, but instead of acknowledging me or asking how they could help, I felt completely ignored. That minute passed, and then I was simply told, “We’re closed.” I completely understand and respect that businesses have closing hours. But I did not arrive after closing — I was there before closing. Seeing someone who has driven 25 minutes to get there, ignoring them until the clock passes closing time, and then saying “We’re closed” feels incredibly inconsiderate. Sometimes it’s not just about rules; it’s about showing a little compassion, courtesy, and basic human kindness. At the very least, someone could have asked, “How can we help you?” I would expect much more understanding and compassion from a pharmacy, especially a place people visit for their health and medication needs. Very disappointing experience.

  My family calls this “the good post office”. We technically have one closer to us, but this post office always has exceptionally kind staff. Of course all post offices can be a bit slow at peak times since they’re typically understaffed, but the workers they do have here are efficient, even when the line is long.

  Why can we never use the kiosk to print labels. What is the point of the kiosk if you never stock it. 07.31: came here again (printed my own label) the drop box from the packages was jammed. A rude lady yelled ‘you’re crushing the box’ she never came to help. 08.03: came here again. The drop box was jammed again. Could not use the free service of dropping mail off.

  I never had any issues with this post office. I actually had more issues with the people waiting in line (being oblivious and holding up the line while doom scrolling on Instagram, for example) than the Postal staff or the post office itself. One time I came to pick up live chicks overnight mailed from a hatchery in MO. The pick up process was smooth and seamless. You can hear the chicks chirping upon transfer, which struck a wholesome conversation between me and the postal staff and another gentleman who was also in line to for package pick-up. Recently, I had to send a certified mail with physical return receipt and there were only two folks working the counter. Again, smooth and seamless, besides the person in line in front of me lacking total spatial and peripheral perception. The whole process from weighing the mail piece, to entering the information into their system and paying the balance took less than 2 minutes. As long as you have all your stuff together before it's your turn at the counter, you'll be in and out in a jiffy. For example, seal your envelope(s), fill out your Certified Mail and return receipt form(s) and affix it to your mail piece(s) before you even exit your car, instead of wasting people's time at the counter and holding up everybody else. You'll be happy you reclaimed the rest of your day, the staff will give you a smile and the people in line will appreciate you for not holding up every body else. TLDR; come prepared.
