  My wife and I needed flyers printed for a conference at the hotel next door because we unexpectedly ran out during the day. We walked to UPS right before they closed knowing we were asking for the impossible. They were so helpful, our order was printed later that night. So helpful. The assistant manager and staff were all great.

  Trainee had no understanding of Amazon returns. Kept stating they need to be boxed separately and prelabed in order for ups to receive package even though Amazon receipt printed says other!!! Piir customer service.

  I would rate my overall experience at this location zero stars. This location returned package to sender stating they didn’t know what box it went into on the same day that I received multiple other items to the same mailbox with the same address. I then confirmed with the leadership team that my wife and myself were on the lease. I asked what they could do to help when they told me to call the post office who explained that since the Mail facility had returned the package I was out of luck. I closed my account asap and I filed a complaint with corporate.
