  Just picked up an online order. This store has EXCELLENT customer service! Not only was the gentleman helping me wonderful, but I could overhear the cashier checking out customers, and he was so kind and helpful as well. Great store and staff!

  After my order is ready I will not be returning. I CALLED IN to make sure my request was something that could be done which was (same day print for business cards) apparently I spoke to Rick in printing. He CONFIRMED if I drove the 30mins from the size of town I was on he could do it express for me to ensure it’s ready for my big event tomorrow. I drove all the way there so he could do it on his end since it wasn’t giving the option on my end just for him to say. Ohh I can’t do it, I can’t do express on business cards. Who is reimbursing me for gas? Also I wasted my time (after I explained I COULDNT really get out today to make it in and he refused to help over the phone. This whole experience has been horrible. Sad part is, everytime I have come to this location (3) it’s been a poor experience with Rick….i won’t return

  Found everything we needed. Clean and very well organized, looks like they were short staffed took a while to be checked out but other than that everything else was not bad.

  I went to pick up the printer cartridge the price was highlighted as 49.99 when I picked it up went to checkout there was only 1 staff who was busy doing something and didn’t even bother to check out. After a while she came and scanned the cartridge and told me it was $ 86.99 To which I told her that the price there is 49.99 and I went to get a a picture and showed it to her she is like this is another product for reference I have attached the picture below . Then I agreed and bought it any way and I requested her to change the price to which her repeats rude and unprofessional and when she was putting the cartridge in the bag it was so aggressive and rude . Her tone was rude and disrespectful . Definitely never gonna visit this store again .

  Staples in Allen TX has fallen to the lowest of the low. It's been a good while since I've done any business there, in store or on line. Now I remember why. Both times I have been in the store lately to pick up an online order, there was one employee to be seen, and he was at the Amazon return desk (actually, the second time, on the far side of the store, at the printing desk, there was someone). After waiting for a number of people returning Amazon items, it was my turn. The employee both times didn't want to help me. I insisted. At least the first time, he actually scanned my bar code, went into the back, and came out with my order. Today, the employee asked my name, briefly went to the back (I could see him and he didn't even look), and told me the order wasn't back there. I told him it was and he needed to check again. This time, he asked for my bar code, which I gave him. He turned in a different direction than when he first when into the back and, surprise!, came back with my order. In the meantime, the line at the one lighted checkout was getting longer and longer. Finally, someone wandered over from the back and started checking out people. This second time, the person at the printing desk did nothing but stare across the store at the lines getting longer and longer at both the Amazon return and the checkout. Never, never again!!!
