Some may find the post office workers rude or seem like they don't want to be there, but they've been there long enough to know what they can and cannot do. Most of the times it's just a miscommunication and they can't read minds, so be kind.

The employee who assisted us worked diligently, was incredibly professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was honestly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a post office. If you’re looking to get your passport processed, I highly recommend this location. They truly go above and beyond to help their customers!
