Mind you I love 2 min away from the post office off of Trinity Mills. 6 years ago I started a small business and I then had to use the post office in the regular. When ever I go to this location I am greeted with a smile. They are always very helpful with the best cost option for what and where I am shipping. I never have issues at all. I went in this past Saturday (today is Monday). I had shipped to Hawaii and to Arizona. I did priority 3 day for Hawaii and ground 3 day for Arizona. Both shipments got to them TODAY!!!!!! Thank you Addison USPS!!!!!!

- LWLamez WayApr 29, 20261.0Went there Monday for a package that was out of my control being sent there. ordered from target then ups took it put a label that was used 2 weeks prior. 4/27/26 I went up there in the morning talked a White older guy told him the situation showed him all the proof, he lied to my face said it wasn't there even though on my end it said it was there. Then proceed to wait to the next day to wait to return it to sender. Today 4/29/26 My boyfriend goes up there to try and get it and he is with an older Asian guy who was being rude and unprofessional tells him you guys can't keep coming up here getting packages it needs to be changed in the system it already got sent back and even if it was here I wouldn't give it to you... Mind you this has been happening to everyone for weeks.. Not in our control what happens to it or where it goes despite everything being wrong on the address.. The Asian lady and other Woman that works up there wouldn't have no issue giving the package back as long as everything is correct and telling them the issue that is going on... They handled this situation poorly and I'm out of a pre-ordered package I can't get anymore.
