  Terrible customer service-u will wait at an empty counter. incredibly rude management, 0 respect for their customers Or their time, I walked into an empty lobby and after 5 min I had to knock multiple times to get service , when the manager finally came she was so rude short and unapologetic- told me she had watched me on the camera waiting and it had only been 5 min and that I need to be patient… absolutely insanely terrible customers service.

  I don’t know what else to do. I ordered a package over three weeks ago that does not require a signature, yet FedEx continues refusing to leave it at my door. I have signed three separate door tags authorizing the package to be released, exactly as instructed. The driver continues leaving another door tag instead of the package. I’ve also called customer service multiple times, and each time I’m told the issue has been resolved, only for the exact same thing to happen again. The package contains nothing more than marketing materials, yet this is now the second time it’s being returned to the shipper because FedEx refuses to follow the signed release authorization. This has delayed my materials for over a month and has wasted a tremendous amount of time. If you’re going to leave a door tag that allows customers to authorize a release, then honor it. Otherwise, don’t offer it as an option. This level of inconsistency and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

  Horrible location very rude staff they rejected a package from my employee that we were dropping off. We run multiple stores in Texas and have never had a problem I tried to talk to the lady but she said someone else had already explained it to my employee so she didnt need to explain anything . I tried to talk to her but she was rude and continued talking over me and would not let me respond . She refused to give her name and threatened my employee that if she didnt leave she would face consequences just because she wanted her name and corporates phone number. I will be filing a complaint with FedEx directly we have used them in the past for shipping and we spend about 40k a month in shipping both international and domestic . With that being said our business will be going to UPS. I will not use fedex again 😤 that manager has a power trip going on and needs to be fired .

  Terrible service. Elderly man (who was handicapped) went in there and needed something shipped and he needed to have an account else he has to go to another location? Yall can't help him? This is a 21st century company? What a crappy company and location. Most employees looked like they were all slacking off when i went in there. Stop hiring people are should skillset should be just flipping burgers! Stick with USPS or UPS.
