there’s a woman who works here full time who needs to learn how to put her feelings on silent, otherwise a good location and no complaints

I had some flyers printer here for my business. The QR code on them did not work. It has something to do with how I sent them the image. Scott didn't hesitate to help me get it fixed. Because of his great customer service I didn't just wast $120! If you need help with printing stuff I highly recommend going to this location!

Went in to do an Amazon return. Amazon said to take the item I was returning to a FedEx store, and they would scan my QR code, pack the item, and ship it for me. The woman behind the counter had such a nasty attitude about it from the get-go and I'm not sure why. She acted like it wasn't her job to do any of it. Then she said "I ain't packing it, it's going in to a bag, that's it." Um, OK, the item is broken anyway, I really don't care if you slap a label on it and ship it like that, but she just HAD to be rude. African-American older woman and I have seen her act like this previously to other people. I just happened to get it today. Gross.
