He pointed at boxes and told me to find one that fit and wrap it up. I asked if he had suggestions for the correct size, he said I could look and figure it out. So very ugly for a simple ask for help and suggestions.

I have to go quite often because my packages are always being returned to sender because none one knows how to read an address I guess. Every single employee is rude and talks to you like you have no brain. They are so miserable and couldn’t be any less helpful. Mail delivery people cannot read an address to save their life, between usps and fed ex none of them deliver correctly, but Amazon and ups have never had an issue finding my address. Teach you front desk people to either be nice or find a new career path, I’m so tired of coming to this place hoping to get one of these people to care that my expensive packages are not being delivered.
