- KFkaitlyn frenchAug 18, 20261.0Would literally give a 0 star review if I could. Service and attitude of employees is absolutely horrible. My carrier is flat out refusing to deliver my packages. I have to physically go pick them up because they show up see it’s my house and provide me a pink slip. I work the exact same hours they are open and they won’t let someone else pick my package up for me.

- LJLucky JohnsonDec 7, 20221.0Ordered a Christmas present for my son and the seller just stuck a label on it didn't put it in a secondary box/bag. It got delivered today. Its pouring rain down and the delivery person left it by the gate and itgot soaking wet! The box was part of the "toy" as it was supposed to been a robot factory and it all went together. Very disappointed. They should have bagged it or atleast sent it back to office to be picked up (as they've done before for stupid reasons!!) Can't even call to let them know they won't answer the phone!
