- RRRedVelvetAug 17, 20261.0I called the post office due to my package not being delivered. I got a notification that said “Alert” and “Returning to sender”. At the bottom of the email, it told me to call my local post office. I called them and was right off the bat being spoken rude to. I gave them my name and someone repeated my name in the back as if it was a joke. The man that was on the call was huffing and puffing like I was getting on his nerves. He made it seem as if I was annoying him even with the call. I kept my composure and was very nice to this man. He really got rude when he stated that I shouldn’t be calling them. I said “well, this is what they gave me”(as in my Shopify). He hung up on me right away. I was furious and have never been more mad about a customer service person in my life!
