- CMcarolyn MilesJun 7, 20235.0I give the post office and post master 5 stars, but to which post office mail carrier that didn't stop by here today, which is Wednesday June 7th 2023, I give a one star. I have sit here at my house for most of the day waiting on my packages. Then, a little after 4, I got an update from USPS stating that the package was held at the post office due to customer request...big no no, I did not say anything like that. I was at the post office earlier today after the mail had been loaded, but it wasn't to pick up the package. If I told them to hold it there, I would have picked it up when I was there. I even received a text stating it was out for delivery. Bad rep
- TFTony FoxOct 14, 20205.0Noticed a couple of bad reviews so I wanted to leave my own. I have had nothing but excellent service from both the post office and the mail delivery driver as well. The workers at the post office have helped me package things when I wasn't sure how they needed to be mailed. When something is too big to fit in my mailbox the delivery driver will pull up to my door. If she thinks I'm home she will honk the horn and I will come out to meet her..she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and seems to be in the best mood ever. I have nothing bad to say about the postal service here in Ten Mile Tn.
