- LWlynn wilsonJan 4, 20251.0They refuse to deliver packages to us. Claiming private road, however they used to deliver to the door. The older woman at the front desk needs a course on customer service. She has threatened to call the police on 2 occasions simply for asking a question she didn't know how to answer. She has put words in our mouths saying we were refusing packages when we were picking them up and has threatened to return packages before the time limit. I rely on deliveries since I don't have a vehicle. The interesting thing is FEDEX, UPS and even Walmart have no problem using the road to get here. There are 3 other properties on this road and all of us are getting tired of this constant going to the post office for "deliveries". They have even gone as far as telling Amazon that we are "not at home" when we are, "refused delivery" when none was.attempted and I have proof. Sad state of affairs and now they want to raise rates when they can't do the simple job of actually delivering the mail!
