- RKRenea KellySep 8, 20261.0I came in today to drop off some packages for my husband. He had mentioned he didn’t like going because the lady at front is rude. I had told I hadn’t had that experience until today. I now see why he feels that way. I didn’t need to talked to like I was a child. It’s your job as the employee to educate the customer. If you are not able to do that in a kind way then as someone who works with the public I suggest you find a new line of work.
