The 2 employees I've encountered were exceptionally rude to almost every person in the line, both times I visited. Felicia had an aweful attitude with both myself and another woman behind me. If you can't be kind and have minimal customer service skills, maybe you should work in the back or not be working here at all. This job requires interactions with people that are just there to send mail. There's absolutely no reason they should be treated the way they are being treated. Edited to add, I just seen the previous reviews and I am blown away with the amount of people complaining about the same employee and nothing is being done about it. Do better USPS!

I used the package kiosk in the lobby to scan and print my shipping label. It was fast and easy.

1 terrible employee, 1 excellent employee. Felecia needs to be working in the back AWAY from the public. Wanda needs to be promoted. Most people are not familiar with the proper documentation for mail certified or return receipt required items . 1 talks down to you, 1 actually helps you. When the lady in front of me asked a question she was told "I'm just doing my job"..she needs a few weeks at the McDonald's drive in window so she can better relate to the general public . Very condescending talking down to the public..Wanda explained what i needed and helped make sure everything was ok...I try to avoid coming here at all cost

I’m not sure what it takes to work the front counter at a United States Post Office, but I’m pretty sure being friendly, greeting people, and showing at least a little courtesy should be part of the job. After all, we’re customers. The lady I dealt with today was unbelievably unfriendly. I tried to make small talk and be friendly, but she never smiled, never responded, and acted like she was angry at the world. She looked like she was having a miserable day, miserable week, miserable month, and maybe even a miserable year. Honestly, there’s probably a better role for her than sitting at the front counter interacting with the public. Ma’am — try. Just try to be pleasant to people. Customer service matters, whether it’s written in the job description or not. That kind of attitude is ultimately a leadership failure. Have a nice day.
