- DTDerrin ThomasSep 21, 20261.0Plenty of bad reviews on here... let me add another. This time for the postmaster, Mary Campochiaro. My wife and I followed the detailed process on the USPS Handbook AS-353. Mary refused to acknowledge it (or even read it) and could not point us to any documentation that may be more current. She insisted we, "just printed that off the internet." Yes, we did. From usps.com. She claimed to not have a handbook on site nor be able to get one that day. She told us we'd need a lawyer to do the process pro se. That's not what pro se means. We have been to the courthouse twice about this, and they are adamant we have all the documentation we need. Do better, Mary.

Felicia had an aweful attitude with both myself and another woman behind me. If you can't be kind and have minimal customer service skills, maybe you should work in the back or not be working here at all. This job requires interactions with people that are just there to send mail. There's absolutely no reason they should be treated the way they are being treated. Edited to add, I just seen the previous reviews and I am blown away with the amount of people complaining about the same employee and nothing is being done about it. Do better USPS!
