The postal employees behind the desk are always busy and working hard. They are pleasant to converse with and as efficient as they can be with their time. I’ve been using this location as my main hub for 7 years now and I’m happy to call it my home USPS. They’ve had the same personnel working since I moved here— and there is definitely something to be said for the people knowing their job well. Treat them well and they will return the favor, especially if the line is long!

Felicia waited on me today with the most pleasant smile. I was extremely happy with how courteous and helpful she was with assisting me with my package! Looking forward to encountering Felicia again as I only want her to wait me.

The laday name : FELICIA is so rude for no reasons . She is NOT acceptable for working there at all.i had a very bad unpleasant experience with her . She needs to be removed at the front desk because she acts like she really hate to be a nice humans . To FELICIA: your life is so miserable, please treat the others like the way you want to be treated. If you do not like your job just quit . They usually say beautiful in side out BUT YOU ARE TOTALLY OPPOSITE SIDE OF IT . Anyone who had a bad experience with FELICIA please call their postmaster/station manager to let them know . Everyone got treated unkindly by FELICIA, please file a complaint form online…., call directly to postmaster, manager station,or customer service. Her rudeness needs to be stop, together we will make this location will be a better place without her.

I have been living at current address for almost 8 years (Spring Hill, TN). I live in a townhouse community…a dozen or so addresses using one mailbox unit. Have had no complaints until last two months. My meds are delivered via USPS and I received an email that one had been delivered on a Friday. Was not there. On Saturday, I contacted my prescription peeps to send a replacement. On Monday morning, my meds package was placed at my front door. Conclusion is that the mailman or mailwoman put the meds in a neighbor’s slot. Called prescription peeps to cancel the second order. Subsequent to that, one of my sons lives with me and he had his driver’s license renewed. After about three weeks of not being delivered, he went to DMV and was told that it had been delivered. DMV started a second renewal and told him that if the first renewal shows up, to disregard it and destroy. Apparently, driver’s licenses are scanable and the first renewal would ‘show up’ as a fraudulent one. Bottom line is that, twice in two month time frame, valuable mail was misplaced in a community mailbox. Completely unacceptable

I truly cannot believe FELICIA is still employed with USPS. The most miserable awful nasty unprofessional person I have ever interacted with. There are so many reviews of people having the same issue and experience. Why is she still there???? She is not to be trusted with people’s mail!!!!ZERO stars
