  I was sold an overnight package for $167 on a Friday. It arrived on Monday. I was promised my money back. I had Aiden file a case that Monday. Assured me I would get refunded. That was two months ago. I kept calling until I was told what I purchased was what I got and I didn't file the complaint in time. Im so frustrated.

  Thank you so much to Rachael for helping us with our bridal shower. We ordered invitations then came back for a sign, favor labels, and thank you cards. She even helped us fix up one of the designs so it would look perfect. The bride was thrilled with the results.

  This store has a kiosk for Amazon drop-offs, which is convenient. But the employees will allow the line to get 10 people deep and not offer to help anyone complete a drop-off at their register, even if they are not working with a shipping customer. I forced the issue instead of waiting in a long line, only for the manager to rebuke the guy who helped me because it should've been at the kiosk. I'm sorry, but that's terrible customer service. This store could take some lessons from the UPS Store on Carothers in Franklin. They are the friendliest and will go out of their way to help you, even coming out to your car to take your package out of your hands. Speeding up a long line is the least you could do. It takes only seconds per customer.

  Aiden was so helpful today. We had a crazy mishap with Amazon delivering way too many of a specific item for my grandmother, it resulted in multiple transactions and set backs due to my phone loading slow. Aiden was so helpful and polite. He even had a smile the entire time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  The bob cut lady with the fake teeth was extremely rude. She turned her nose up to taking my package, which I had fully prepared for drop off at home, and informed me I needed to use the kiosk because "they serve paying customers". I waited in line for several minutes before realizing the kiosk is for printing labels and packaging, which I'd already done! Mind you, I've been to UPS many, many times and have never been told I cannot be helped. Not once. The other customers in line even raised their eyebrows at her unprofessionalism, and commented that other UPS stores in our area never give them problems. She handled my understandable frustration extremely poorly, had to have the last word, bobbing her head, sarcastic and passive aggressive. Just not at all appropriate for a customer facing position. Nasty attitude! I will not return to this location.
