    Terrible service. I need to speak to customer service and can’t get to them. A package was supposed to be delivered at 6 PM and it’s still not there.

    Tried to place a print order online. Had an error I needed fixed before they printed. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone in the store or through customer service. No help.

    Drove specifically there to get something printed but after parking (in the Walmart parking lot which is never easy) and walking in I find that there is no one there on a Friday at 2:00pm despite there hours being till 6:00 There was nice post it note that said no one would be there till 2:25.
