- CAClaire Aguirre6 days ago2.0I’ve had generally a decent experience with this post office, but on multiple occasions they’ve delivered my package to the wrong address. I can’t wrap my head around how stupid you have to be to deliver to the wrong address. We’ve also had to give neighbors their mail too.

The post master denied my request to move my mailbox to the same side of the street as my house, so I have to cross a busy street to get my mail if it even gets delivered at all. I’ve had mail labeled as delivered when it wasn’t. I’ve had mail labeled as “undeliverable due to lack of access to delivery site” but no delivery was even attempted. Constant issues out of this office. I ended up having to get a PO Box at the Sale Creek post office in order to successfully receive packages/important mail.
- JCJonah CowanJun 10, 20261.0Absolutely fed up with the lack of attention at the mail carriers down the street for Walden street constantly overlooking the apartment numbers rushing the delivery overlooking and delivering the mail to the wrong address this hasn’t been the first time at all neither like how careless can you be as to not look at the numbers before you deliver someone’s mail their could be a check or anything in there someone could have been waiting on or anything important thankfully I have good neighbors it’s not that hard to just pay a attention once in your life for one second in order to get someone’s importance to their address if this is who we trust with our mail then we are doomed something needs to be done about the lack of care and asap
- KRKelsey RMay 4, 20261.0Whoever delivers on Old Thatcher Road in Soddy Daisy is a poor driver. Didn’t even attempt to deliver a package, and never notified us that she couldn’t deliver it. We sat waiting for weeks just to find out it was sitting at the post office the entire time. She said she needed a security code? Even though our driveway is wide open to our house. Do not recommend using Soddy Daisy USPS. A horrible experience.
