Not only did we get there at 9:30 and were told their nonexistent “quota” of the day was full, we waiting until the last person on the quota was done, which was before 11:15am, and were told they would not do our passport. David, the man doing the passports, deliberately went to his office until 11:25, which is still before 11:30, and when I asked for him to help with the passport applications, he refused. I filed a formal complaint and the head office said there are no quotas and they should have helped me even if I walked in at 11:29. David and his coworkers, including Danielle and a gentleman I didn’t get the name of, were all very rude. Other customers on the “quota” said David turned away people all morning refusing to help them

I visited your office with my daughter to process her passport, and the application was returned because the required documents were not properly submitted, even though I provided everything to your staff. It is concerning that a registered passport service would not know what documents are needed or how to handle a basic application. Additionally, the passport photo taken at your office was barely acceptable and almost rejected by the passport office. Because of these mistakes, our plans for international travel may now be significantly affected, which is extremely frustrating. I have since resubmitted the required documents, but this situation could have been avoided with proper guidance and attention. I would like to meet with a manager to discuss this matter further.
