- JJJRAug 12, 20261.0Guy at the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful this morning. Didn’t catch his name. These people work for us - the taxpayers. They’d have no jobs at USPS without our taxes, but they behave like petulant children. He didn’t even try to scan my barcode to make a shipping label - just told me to go print it out at the library. I went up the road to USPS in La Vergne, and the gentleman printed out the label for me with a smile, and shipped the package. Some people are just miserable and shouldn’t be in jobs where they interact with customers.

David was immensely professional and patient, and his kind demeanor and professionalism helped me to handle the stress of the situation. His coworker was also helpful by moving along any line that formed while I got my transaction sorted out, with professionalism and good humor. What could have been an anxiety producing situation was really not that bad. What a great team at the Smyrna office!
