  It is always a little chaotic and disorganized as far as the service when I go here, which is interesting because it's a Staples. I do usually need something from the print center but that's still always the case. It's a little crazy, unorganized, and people are running around and appearing to not know what they're doing or what they're supposed to do. It's always a two- to three-star experience here.

  Mariam the cashier was so sweet :-) very good attitude great customer service she even checked on me and my family to see if there’s anything else we need this done with and she asked us to come back and see you guys again.

  I went to return my amazon package it was my first time there so I asked a young man. Where do I go? I told me to get in line. There was three people in front of me. There was only one person taking care of the returns and cashier she took forever to get done with a customer then when she came to us she was pretty fast scanning them and telling them to go. So that seemed kind of weird cuz usually you get receipt in other places where I went. It was my first time going to return it as Staples so I didn't know the process. I asked for a receipt. She said you will receive an email so for my records that I returned it I took a picture of her. Then she loudly said what the heck. I just walked away and then when I hit the little corner before exiting. I'll advise her you at work madam. Watch your language basically she cussed me out in a professional way she looked like middle Eastern black hair My point is she could have been nicer about it like sir. Our policy is unfortunately we don't give out receipts but we will send you an email and if you got any concerns. Here's my name for your records. That's the proper way of going when a new person that doesn't know anything about Staples should talk to them

  Some of the employees at this location are friendly and helpful. There is a tall guy with bob cut that works in the copy area that is rude and disrespectful towards customers. He is very unprofessional and likes to argue with customers instead of listening to their request. He needs to be trained on customer service and how to speak to customers.
