  Let me explain why I will never order another banner here. First and foremost, the actual print quality is good. My frustration comes from the simple details that were completely missed. Yesterday, while ordering flyers, I noticed a banner hanging from a table using grommets. I had a great conversation with the young lady helping me and explained what I wanted. She told me that if I submitted the order, she could have the banner ready along with my flyers for pickup the next day. I took a picture of the example, created my design, and uploaded it. The design itself even shows the locations where the grommets are supposed to go. When I picked up the banner, there were no grommets. When I questioned it, the employee simply told me, “You didn’t select grommets.” That response is what really got me. The uploaded artwork literally has the grommet locations visibly marked on the banner, and my entire reason for ordering it was based on the example I had just discussed with an employee the day before. I understand that technically there may have been an option I failed to select during checkout, but this is where basic attention to detail and customer service should come into play. Someone looked at this artwork, printed it, and could clearly see the grommet placement marks. A quick phone call or question could have prevented the entire issue. Good print quality, but unfortunately a very disappointing experience over something that should have been incredibly simple.

  More of a pain for Amazon returns and they trap you in there like an Aldi. They make you walk all the way around to get to the exit door. I’ll just pay the extra dollar and return my stuff to UPS. 🙄 Reply: No mention in your reply of how you trap customers inside making them walk around the store to exit.

  Had to do a return through 'Happy' and Staples was an option. Unfortunately, returning through Happy isn't at the front registers like Amazon is but over at the packaging counter, Ugh! Anyone who knows the long what at Staples for packaging knows this is like waiting at the DMV. In this case only one person behind the counter and she spent the whole time at a printer doing God know what. A customer waiting at the counter and another in line behind her. Another customer was trying to tape up a ripped box next to the counter. Had to leave after a few minutes as it became clear this was a ship of fools. Fortunately, there was a Ulta right across the way and it took me only about a minute to do the return there. Skip Staples for this kind of work. I'm sure they wouldn't care if you did to.
