  Zero accountability from this location to make things right. I've additionally filed a complaint with the BBB and contacted their corporate offices. Tracking number doesn't work; their site says to call instead. The Customer Service agents on the phone are careless and don't do anything. They screw up their scheduling and refuse to do anything to rectify their mistakes. They are wanting to push a delivery back half a month later than it was originally scheduled for because they "gave their driver too busy of a schedule". I've worked jobs similar to this. I have sympathy for the driver, I've been in their shoes. I at least worked for a competent company that was willing to fix their mistakes and right their wrongs.

  If I could give this company zero stars I would. If you can avoid this company, you should. We ordered something through Samsung, spent thousands on a need for our home. We were excited for a great promising experience. They said they were going to deliver the 10th. We waited and waited. We then called after they missed the window without a call or any form of notification just to find out they had cancelled delivery. We called customer service they set a new delivery date. Failed to deliver again. With no form of notifying. We have been in contact with them over and over trying to find a resolution. We have been through multiple promised deliveries, they are supposed to call when on their way and never did. When escalating to reach a supervisor it is near impossible. When you do it is the same excuse. Asked for the warehouse number to speak with someone in charge there. Nothing. They fail to make amends and keep the promise of fixing their mistake. All major retailers and customers should steer clear of this unprofessional company.

  RXO is completely unprofessional and I would never purchase from a company that uses them again. I was supposed to have Samsung appliances delivered July 9th. I took the day off work, and waited half a day before calling RXO to discover that the delivery needed to be rescheduled “due to unforeseen circumstances.” They were then rescheduled for the next day, and again the same thing happened. At this point when I called RXO, I was transferred to the escalation team and spoke to a supervisor. She assured me that she got the manager at the Middle TN RXO involved and that my appliances would be delivered Sunday July 12. On Sunday morning I received a text that my packages would be delivered between 10:30 and 2:30. Then around 2:00, I received another text that they would be delivered by 4:25. I called RXO at 2:00, 5:30, and 7:30pm and each time I was told my delivery driver was 3 stops away. No one ever showed up with my appliances. I was being lied to all day and waited around at my house for 12 hours for nothing. This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. RXO is full of a bunch of liars
