- JRJohn-Michael RieggerMay 13, 20265.0Steven provided exceptional service during my infant's passport process. When a document was missing from my application, he didn't turn me away or make me feel dismissed. Instead, he professionally processed everything he could and calmly let me know what I'd need to bring back to complete the application. Service like this is rare, and when you experience it, you're truly grateful. The post office is lucky to have employees like Steven. I also want to recognize the rest of the staff, who were incredibly helpful and patient with a crying newborn. Highly recommend this location - outstanding team all around!
- TFTim FosterMar 12, 20261.0ATTENTION POST MASTER: Did you know that when you drop off mail at the Signal Mountain TN Post Office to be delivered to a PO Box 20 feet away—Yes, 20 feet away! ..that they charge you for a stamp, they DON’T walk it over to the PO Box 20 feet away, but place it in the mail, goes downtown Chattanooga and is delivered back up the mountain a few days later in the PO Box that was originally 20 feet away? This is crazy!! Why can’t they walk 20 feet? Don’t know. Sad. UNBELIEVABLE. 🇺🇸
- DLDaniel ListonMar 31, 20221.0Absolutely slowest post office in the region. You're better off driving into town than use this office. They will hold onto packages and mail for days before finally shipping it. Even when they do finally ship stuff it is only to the distribution center in Chattanooga. Might as well remove the middle man, and do it yourself. Heck! While you're on your way to the distribution center stop by the UPS store in the Food City parking lot, and send your stuff through them. It will save you all the hassle.
