- DKDak KlevenJun 30, 20261.0Typical garbage government run company. We had a package that was supposed to be delivered and we got a notification that an attempt was made. We were literally outside and no vehicle ever tried to deliver anything. We’ve been waiting now for three days and they have not tried to redeliver it. I even called the number and supposedly set up a redelivery attempt for today and again nothing. I don’t even know why Amazon still tries to deliver stuff with USPS, I feel like half the time they just marked as attempted delivery and they send it back. Also impossible to get a hold of the local locations.

But, whenever the smiley face survey to rate your experience came up on the screen the lady chose the best rating for herself…? Mind you, it was a survey for me. Not for the grumpy lady- whose “how can I help you” greeting sounded miserable. She had grey curly/poofy hair with no name tag. After she rated herself, her voice/attitude was more friendly. Come on.. It’s embarrassing you have to give yourself a good rating, because you know that others won’t.
