- ILIrma Lopez2 days ago1.0Me and my resort manager have been trying to get an answer from the postmaster at the Sevierville location. It seems that the mail carrier runs the show as to whether I can get a resort mail box issued to me or have to get an actual mail box on my property which will be placed where other cabin guests will constantly knock it down. The postmaster is hiding and not giving me an answer. Been to the post office 6 times. This is not how to run the post office.

I would highly recommend you don’t open a P.O. Box with them and that you use other reputable companies this is a massive let down!!!!
- JTJared TKAug 16, 20261.0I’ve been to this store multiple times in person and the lady behind the counter just seems like she hates her job and has a very rude demeanor. As far as packages being delivered I’ve normally never had issues until this week where I had multiple packages marked as delivered to my mailbox where the packages themselves won’t fit, so in other words I never received my packages. Needless to say this store needs a whole revamp. There’s a reason this stores reviews are so low and Its evident the reviews aren’t being read or are irrelevant to whoever it may concern because nothing seems to be getting better at this store, but I felt the need to be the next person to leave this location a bad review.

They act like you’re just a menace to society for holding up the line but on top of that, half the packages won’t scan. This never happens anywhere else. Theres needs to be some sort of supervision here because it sucks right now.
