First, I'll acknowledge that the people working the counter are kind, wonderful, and helpful...usually. My review is specific to a misdelivered package from an eBay purchase. The address was correct on the package. We were eagerly awaiting the rare item we had purchased. One day, they indicated it was delivered...but no item was anywhere in sight. We checked the neighboring streets. We talked to the neighbors. We looked for a slip in the mailbox telling us the package was available at the post office. After THREE DAYS we received tracking information...that was entirely vague and just listed our city and zip code as the delivery address. Mystified as to what was going on, we visited this Post Office to ask for more information about where our package had gone. The Post Office had detailed information in their system describing the INCORRECT ADDRESS where they had delivered our package ON THE OTHER SIDE OF OUR CITY, but they said they "couldn't do anything about it." Excuse me? Isn't it your job to deliver packages to the correct location and to make it right? It's not like the package was stolen from our porch, delivered to a neighbor, or misdelivered to a similar address - it was just delivered to a RANDOM ADDRESS and they took no responsibility for it. We attempted to get a refund from the eBay seller, but because they have a tracking code describing the package as delivered to our location (ha!), they refused to do anything for us. We tried to file a claim with the Post Office, but of course we got DENIED because it is the SELLER that sent the package, not us, so apparently we have no standing. Bottom line - DON'T EVER EXPECT THIS POST OFFICE TO ACTUALLY DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE TO YOUR ADDRESS OR TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. Ending with a positive note - the substitute mail deliverer for our address seems very nice and actually delivers things to us instead of just putting slips in our mailbox requiring us to come pick up all of our packages larger than an envelope. So, despite some nice and competent people here and there...overall I cannot go above 0.1 stars, but since the lowest I can rate this post office is 1 star, I'm going with that one.

Worst USPS location ever! Claim "mailbox full" or "oversized item" ........always lies. In desperate need of a new Post Master

The only usps that I have death with that refuses to deliver packages. Why is it that the delivery driver can put my item on their truck, but because they don’t want to walk up one flight of stairs with a 10lb box, they’d rather leave a slip that tells me to pick it up later. The boxes that they HAVE left for us have both been damaged pretty bad, one item needing to be sent back and replaced. You can’t get in contact with the store, as the number listed is automated. But my fedex driver had no problem putting an 80lb box of car parts right at my doorstep! Pure laziness with no care for other’s people’s belongings.
