    I went to Staples with computer issues !! Seth and Matt were wonderful. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Seth initially diagnosed my problems and it was fixed in a timely manner. I was there a few times and each time each tech gave me their undivided attention and explained everything to me. They are very professional and courteous. I highly recommend you go there for your IT problems. Staples is lucky to have these guys as employees.

    I was really disappointed with my experience today. Normally I would give this Staples location a great review, but today left me frustrated. I'm starting a new project and needed a specific type of paper. Before spending $15–$20 on a full pack, I wanted to make sure it would actually work in my printer. I brought the pack I was interested in to the print department and asked for advice. The employee grabbed a single sheet of similar paper from behind the counter and handed it to me so I could feel it and look it over. Since I was already holding the sheet, I politely asked if I could have that one sheet to take home and test in my printer. I even would have paid for the sheet if needed. The answer was no, and the sheet was immediately slid right out of my hand. I honestly felt like I was being treated as if I was about to run off with a priceless piece of paper. 😂 What made it frustrating is that I wasn't asking anyone to open a brand-new package or give me a stack of paper. I was simply asking for the single sheet that had already been handed to me so I could test it before buying an entire pack. After that, I went back to the paper aisle hoping to find a cheaper option to test with. The least expensive pack I found was around $10, and it was colored paper—pink and green sheets that wouldn't even be useful for the project I was working on. Spending $10 just to test whether my printer would accept a paper type didn't make much sense, especially when I might not be able to use the paper afterward. Looking back, I probably could have asked them to print something on the sheet and paid for a print job, then taken it home and tested the back side. Unfortunately, I didn't think of that until after I had already left the store. I completely understand that stores have policies, and everyone was polite. However, I left feeling disappointed because a simple solution could have helped me make an informed purchase and likely would have resulted in a sale. Instead, I left without buying the paper and without knowing whether it would work for my project.
