- ABAshley BurtOct 5, 20262.0This staples is great for Amazon returns. Not as great for printing. They will take as long as possible. Do not expect your order to be ready until 7:30pm the next day. If there is an issue with your order they will not contact you.
- MWMoriah WagnerSep 24, 20262.0I went to Staples to have one 8.5x11 sheet of paper printed. It took an unusually long time for just one page and when it was printed there was a large white border around the design. I politely asked Josey if it could be printed closer to the edges of the page and her response and tone were extremely rude and completely unnecessary. I was simply asking a question and looking for a solution. There was no reason for the interaction to be handled that way. It was eventually reprinted with a much smaller border, which worked fine, so I’m not sure why there was such an issue in the first place. Mistakes happen but customer service and how you treat people matter.

That may sound simple, but with today's technolgy, printing a document from your cell phone is not that easy. (I took notes on how to print from my phone, so maybe it would be "self" service the next time!) Matt Ramirez was extremely helpful and kind after giving the gentleman in front of me as much time and respect and technical help as he needed. I rarely experience such excellent customer service.
