- CGCayla GJun 26, 20262.0Christy and Brandon suck at their jobs, office is a mess. Called to get my mail because it was marked “undeliverable” due to address. Check my shipping address via my receipt of purchase and its correct. Fine, i call to say please hold it at the office i’ll come pick it up. Arrive, they sent it BACK TO CARRIER. “Oh… we sent it back I didn’t get a chance to tell him!”. I can’t help the factory shipping label missed details that are on my purchase receipt, but what I can control is communicating as soon as I seen the error. She acknowledged and said she would hold it, and didn’t. I asked what was on the address to make it so undeliverable. They said “numbers”. Right, okay, and my receipt says the entire thing. Again, not my problem. My problem is the fact you returned my mail after we spoke and said you’d hold it till the NEXT DAY. Really? An entire 24 hrs and you mess up? Giant skitcky note on the forehead must be needed for those rwo.

Funny we have people living on our road that drive vehicles with two to three inch clearance drive in and out every day. Was told once that there was no way to turn around. I turn around in a full size four door pickup pulling a 18’ trailer. Perhaps the problem is the people they hired for this job.

- BJBarbara JonesAug 30, 20231.0Went to get my mail last Tuesday and the office door was locked, that's alright I just needed to check a PO box anyways, I can mail another day. That's not my issue. My issue is I saw someone in the back behind the service counter smoking something from a pipe. It smelled like burning plastic and I wanted to throw up. The smell seeped through the locked door and I was worried the smoke detectors might go off. If you're going to be doing illicit things it's not wise to be doing them in a place that has federal regulations involved.
- JBJonathan BakerJun 18, 20221.0I was supposed to get a package today and there is someone on the property at any given point that can receive mail physically, However according to my notes from the online shopping center it said there was "An attempt to reach someone but failed to get anyone to the door." This is unacceptable because as we've never had this issue until the beginning of June of last year and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME that they've LIED. This is not the 1st time mail was delayed by these people. If you guys will actually get off your lazy tails and actually make an attempt versus lying through your teeth, then you will get Is better ratings. Your post master is going to hear about this and they are not going to like it! When you have a unsatisfied Person complaining about delayed mail and the fact that you people also like to destroy property(s). Now, I'll have to wait on Monday to even see if I can get it in person.
