These people deserve zero stars. They are lazy, incompetent, and rude. They are too lazy to deliver packages. So they send them back instead of placing them in the clearly marked packages box at our gate. Tried to work it out with them about the issue after the first time. They proceed to tell me I have to get a P.O Box to get packages and are absolute jerks about it (I already have a PO Box, and attempted to explain that the shop that I ordered from don’t ship to a P.O. Box) she says that the owner of our community doesn’t want there to be any deliveries there. The owners of the community doesn’t want them driving in our community beyond the gate bc when they did they fly around in a very reckless manner, with no concern for the fact there is children there. So they put a box up at the gate that clearly labeled for deliveries. I asked the woman to check to see if we could catch my needed packages before they send it back. She wouldn’t even look, and was such an ugly person about it. I had to drag myself out of the building before my anger got the best of me. There’s no sense in acting the way she did and has. The guy was a rude jerk too but she was beyond rude. From reading the reviews for this office, you can clearly see a pattern of terrible customer service and history of them being very rude to people. She could have helped find a solution that worked instead of choosing to be a complete disgrace to this company. USPS should fire her for lack of respectful and decent communication skills.
