  I have had 2 interactions with this post office and both were awful. A few months ago I went in to mail a package. There was a young lady sweeping the lobby as I continued on into the building. I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes and continued watching her sweep into the back room. I figured there was going to be another clerk to help me come out of the back room but no she finally set her broom down to come help me. How rude that you think sweeping the floor is more important than helping your paying customers. Today I was expecting a package delivery and recieved a message it was delivered at 11:13. When I went to the mail box my mail was there but no package. At about 12:30 I called that post office. I told the clerk that I was expedting a package of checks today they were delivered but were not in my mailbox. She told me my carrier was running behind due to the holiday. I explained that couldn't be because my mail was there just not my package. She asked me if I had a tracking number and as I began to give it to her she cut me off and said I had to wait until she got in front of her computer before I gave it to her. At this point I am a little upset because it is checks we're talking about and she clearly has her own agenda. She ended up hanging up on me after taking my name address and phone number because she didn't like how I spoke to her. 10 minutes later she called me back to tell me the reason I didn't get my package was because the shipper put the wrong address on the package. So I asked her what now.. She said if it's got your name on it the carrier will bring it to the box and if not they will return it to the Post Office. When I questioned her back she hung up on me again. I asked her for her name when I questioned why she was acting like this and she wouldn't give it. I do my shipping in the next town up for good reason. This is the first time I have left a negative feedback for a review. If you're gonna work in the public you need to learn how to. It's a 1 because I have to in order to write the review.

  I show up at 3:15 and the place is already closed, no one in sight. If your hours say you close at 3:30 then that’s when you should close. This has happened to me 3 times at this location.

  Incredible staff, super friendly, the place is clean, smell good, easy to get a POBOX. Highly recommend
