- SPstacey porterOct 23, 20251.0Impossible to get a hold of, and when I went in the employee stated they can’t answer the phone when a customer is in the building. I’ve called so much there is no way every time I call there is a customer in front of them in a small community, come on. Employee was nice but it’s ridiculous when there hours are not accommodating (which I understand, it’s usps) but at least answer the phone for people who are not able to make the trip up there.
