The employees here are SO nice, helpful, and just pleasant every single time I’m in here. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I really appreciate them.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and not helpful at all. Upon walking in there was no one around for a minute or so then she walked in and sat at her cubicle and just looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and didn’t say a word at all. I walked up with my package and she was immediately rude and did not want to help me at all. I may go in the post office once or twice a year so I’m not sure how things work as far as needing to return a package to a business so I was asking for help to get the cheapest price and she got aggravated for me having to ask for help and her voice was rude and she kept giving me a “you’re stupid” kind of look and she was just trying to talk to me as if I was stupid for asking for help and the way she was explaining things were very confusing and so I didn’t understand what she was saying so I asked her again what was a cheap way to send it back and she rudely got irritated with me again because she actually had to speak to me and she just seemed like she realy hates her job and hates everyone that walks through the door. She was purposely explaining things in a poor manor because she knew it was not being helpful to me at all. Then a man came out and just stood there looking at me like he was her body guard or something and like I would bow down because a “man” came out but I’m sorry I’m not afraid of any man so I don’t bow down to them and instead of trying to help me or speak up and ask if I needed help he stood there like a lost puppy just watching and never did try to step in. I asked one last time what was the best way for me to send the package back and so I grabbed a box that I thought would be big enough then she finally spoke and said something about how much it would be and at that point I didn’t care how much it would be so I told her I did not care so I proceeded to put the box together and asked her for the tape and she said “it’s over there” and just nodded her head. She was the rudest most disrespectful employee I have ever came in contact with and the lost puppy that was standing behind her like he was some sort of help looked was exactly that a lost puppy that seemed afraid to speak up. I have lived in powell for 11 years and have never got that type of treatment from an employee there and I will never use them again. I will drive the longer trip to go to any different post office just so I don’t have to go there again. She needs to be fired and the lost puppy needs to be told when a customer is having a bad experience with one of the employees then he needs to speak up and ask if he can help. I need a supervisor to contact me over this.

This postal facility was not very busy and the employee there was very helpful. They do not have any self-serve machines there to ship packages.
