- KGKrisann GarmerSep 6, 20251.0I dont see how someone can be home for two days but some how a piece of certified mail cant be delivered because the driver is too lazy to walk up and do their job so I can sign for it. Also upset at the fact the driver is just going to leave packages at the foot of mailbox where anyone can drive up and grab them like people dont still packages.

Not had any issues with deliveries. Moving from Nashville to here, l can tell you these are all good people and do their very best. Keep up the great work!

- LWLeahbeth WalkerJSep 7, 20242.0Fill-in delivery people need vehicles that will accommodate something other than fancy, subdivision, concrete driveways. We are in a very hilly area. I don't know why they would even hire someone without a 4x4. Our regular driver is great, but I'm tired of getting packages later than expected. Also, business hours are a joke. How am I supposed to come pick up a package when you close at 11 am and I don't know they have again failed to deliver again because my mail runs at around 11:30?
