Fire whoever is responsible for answering the phones at all local usps locations around Pigeon Forge. 3 days of calling and it just rings and rings, then an eventual busy signal or hang up. You're getting paid to help people. I've been in these post offices... they're rarely busy. Absolutely absurd that it's 2026 and we can't get a live person to help when needed. Fire them all!

Postal services as well as other Federal, Governmental, Local, State service providers should be committed to serving your community instead of working against us. A Post Office Saturday full operations day should be at least 4-5 hours starting at 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Gives your community time to rise, drive SAFELY to their PO to collect packages or mail that for some reason, has been returned due to customer unavailability during the work week. People are at work and can't get mail or packages throughout the week. Enable us to come to the PO on Saturday and have a 4-5 hour window to retrieve. It also gives the PO worker/clerk time to have the rest of the day AND Sundays off for their business as well.
